Push Terms of Use.

These draft terms describe the current invite-only test product. They require review by a qualified lawyer before a public commercial launch.

1. The service

Push records job listings, applications, agreements, messages, delivery evidence, reviews and payment references between independent users.

2. User responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, have authority to enter agreements, protect their accounts and comply with applicable laws. Push does not employ either party.

3. Jobs and agreements

A worker must review the locked agreement before accepting it. Material changes require a new written agreement. Users must not post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or exploitative work.

4. Payments

The present preview does not custody money. Simulated records do not prove real settlement. Stellar testnet assets have no monetary value.

5. Trust, support and disputes

Push may review, restrict or remove listings and accounts. Authorised Trust & Support staff may record a release, refund, split, revision or cancellation decision for the platform record; real financial enforcement requires an approved payment provider.

6. Content and privacy

Users retain ownership of their work. They grant Push permission to store and display submitted content as needed to provide the service. Private proposals and workrooms are limited to authorised participants and staff handling support.

7. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, harassment, malware, credential theft, payment evasion, impersonation and attempts to bypass platform security are prohibited.

8. Changes to these terms

Push reserves the right to revise, replace or update these Terms of Use and related policies at any time. Changes take effect on the date stated in the updated version, unless a different effective date is provided. When a change is material, Push may notify users through the service, by email or by another reasonable method and may require users to review and accept the revised terms before continuing to use protected features. Continued use of Push after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law. If a user does not agree to a change, the user must stop using the service.

9. Limitation

The preview is provided for testing. Availability, payment processing and dispute outcomes are not guaranteed. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
