Push Refund Policy.

The present invite-only preview does not charge platform fees, process bank or card payments, or hold user funds.

Simulated records

Bank, card and generic USDC entries shown in the preview are demonstrations. No money moves, so they cannot be refunded.

Stellar testnet

Testnet assets have no monetary value. A completed blockchain transaction cannot be recalled by Push; reversing a test requires a new transaction signed by the sender.

Disputes

Users may open a dispute on an active assignment. Staff can record a release, refund, split, revision or cancellation decision for the work record. That record does not move real money.

Before real payments launch

Push must publish provider-specific fees, cancellation rules, refund timing and appeal procedures before enabling commercial payments.
